Merchandise will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are sold based on availability. All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by Gibson.
Domestic: Net thirty (30) days from date of invoice, upon verification of credit. Credit Card payments add 3% processing fee. Advance payment - Cashier Check, or Money order. COD when will called.
Products purchased from Gibson Homewares on GibsonPO.com can only be sold and listed on the customer's own website. Gibson Homewares does not allow or support third party listings.
DIRECT IMPORT: Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required.
Standard Price: All shipments – F.O.B. warehouse (Commerce) California. Otherwise specified orders will be shipped in the most economical way.
You can either pre-pay and add the freight to your order or choose to pay collect. Please specify at time of placing your order on shipping terms.
Freight is about 35% of your order total. If you choose to do collect shipment you will save 15% off freight. *Freight quote is only available after placing your order with Gibson. Minimum order of $1,500.00 applies to all freight collect orders. Minimum order of $3,000.00 applies to all freight prepaid orders. Orders under the minimum will be charged a $150.00 small order fee. We do not accept orders under $250.00. Items must be purchased in master carton quantities. We do not ship UPS unless customer provides UPS account # and customer rates apply. Please allow 10 – 15 working days for shipping once we have received all necessary paperwork for processing.
All Claims for breakage and/or shortages must be made against the carrier.
Please make sure to check the order when received and note on freight company paperwork of any damages.
We can send replacements for breakage with prior approval. Replacements may only be sent directly to the customer and not to individual consumers.
Absolutely no merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization.
Gibson Overseas requires a signed order proforma or purchase order. We cannot process your order for shipping until we have signed confirmation.
